Sometimes in Maintenance we become stuck in a situation that seems like we take 2 steps forward and then 2 steps backwards. The best method to move out of this state is to attend training (and to gain knowledge) that focuses on an area one needs to strengthen.
In 2020 Ricky Smith will be teaching public workshops throughout the US and his training schedule with Life Cycle Engineering will be shared in this post.
