Many organizations have lived with a Reactive Maintenance Storeroom so long they accept this fact because "they don't know what they don't know".

 Is this your maintenance storeroom? I would like to know if you rate your maintenance storeroom a "1" (Reactive) to a "10" (Proactive or somewhere in between).
