The Eleven Leadership Principles:

1. Be technically and tactically proficient 
2. Know your people and look out for their welfare   
3. Set the example 
4. Keep your people informed
5. Ensure the task is understood, supervised and accomplished 
6. Make sound and timely decisions 
7. Train your people as a team 
8. Develop a sense of responsibility in your subordinates
9. Seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions  
10. Employ your unit in accordance with its capabilities  
11. Seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions

Take a few minutes and review these principles. Thousands of men and women have been taught and apply these principles everyday. I learned these principle over 20 years and I promise they do work.Your thoughts or comments are appreciated.
