 Root Cause Analysis Made Simple

Susan Lubell, one of the best process engineers I ever met, and I wrote "Root Cause Analysis Made Simple" based on our desire to present the Process of "Root Cause Analysis" in a simple format that maintenance and production personnel could use on a daily basis to make their life easier and as a result increase profitability of their plant.
This book, if used correctly, should reduce interruption to an operation and increase profits. I recommend purchasing one book for each of your maintenance team and during a weekly 15 minute "Tool Box Talk" ask one maintenance person to present one item in the book that they feel could help reduce problems, whether it is a specific machine problem, parts outages, interruption to production, and the list could be endless.

Give Maintenance 3 months to prove the concept and then use the same process with production, storeroom, and any other area of your operation.  Please post your comments and thoughts on how this book could help you or others.  Special Note: I want to personally thank Susan for her hard work and patience with me. She was a blessing for me.
