Susan Lubell and I wrote a short and simple book titled "Root Cause Analysis Made Simple". This has been on my "bucket list" for many years and with the help of Susan Lubell (great process engineer) we wrote a simple book which will help any maintenance professional solve most problems (equipment, personnel, maintenance process, production) within minutes to a few days.

If you know me I love to keep things simple so people can use what they learn and not be bogged down with long drawn out process.
